1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set out the rules for using the gofinance.cloud application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), available via the Internet, operated by Jakub Zelmanowicz, headquartered in Długomiłowice, Spokojna 5, 47-208, NIP: 7492116484, REGON: 525150530 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
1.2. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these conditions, you should refrain from using the Service.
1.3. The Service is designed to manage revenues by allowing Users to register an account, purchase access to the data storage service (hereinafter the "Cloud"), and enter data regarding projects and hours worked, thereby assisting in self-managed invoicing with clients.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1. To use the full functionality of the Service, the User is required to create an account by providing the necessary data in accordance with the registration form.
3.2. The User agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date data during registration. Any changes to personal data must be updated immediately in the account settings.
3.3. The User is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their access credentials (e.g., password). The Operator is not responsible for the consequences resulting from unauthorized access to the account.

4.2. The Operator makes every effort to ensure that the Service operates without disruptions; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free system performance.
4.3. The Service is informational and instrumental in nature. The ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of invoicing and its compliance with applicable laws rests with the User.
5.1. Using the Cloud service requires payment in accordance with the price list available on the Service. The payment terms and billing periods are specified on the pricing page.
5.2. The Operator reserves the right to change the price list and payment terms. Changes will be published on the Service with appropriate notice.
5.3. In the event of non-payment within the specified time, the Operator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to the services.
6.1. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
6.2. It is prohibited, among other things, to use the Service for purposes contrary to the law, infringing on the rights of third parties (including copyright), or for activities that may disrupt the proper functioning of the Service.
6.3. In the event of a breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to block the User's account, and in cases of gross violations, to delete the account without the possibility of data recovery.
7.1. The Operator makes every effort to ensure that the Service is error-free and available at all times; however, it is not liable for damages arising from:
7.2. The Operator does not guarantee that the data entered by the User is error-free, nor that the generated invoices comply with applicable law. The ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of the invoices rests with the User.
8.1. The Operator is the controller of the Users' personal data. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Service.
8.2. By using the Service, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR.
9.1. Any complaints related to the functioning of the Service may be submitted electronically to: contact@gofinance.cloud.
9.2. The Operator undertakes to review any complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt. In the event that the complaint is upheld, the Operator will take appropriate remedial actions.
9.3. Any questions or requests concerning the operation of the Service can be directed to the support department at: contact@gofinance.cloud.
10.1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. Changes will be published on the Service and take effect on the date of publication.
10.2. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10.3. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
10.4. These Terms come into effect on February 13, 2025 and remain in force until revoked.
